Meet Coach Ben


We are excited to introduce to you CrossFit Head Coach, Ben! Ben began CrossFit as a conditioning program during the summer of 2012 and hasn’t looked back since.

Ben’s favorite workouts include the assault bike, barbells and any sprint workout. He is a very detail-oriented and thoughtful coach who always brings energy and lots of dance moves to his workouts. Ben’s top priorities for his athletes are their health and well-being.

Outside of the gym, Ben is always on the move! He loves sports, most especially soccer and basketball. You can almost always find him outside and he loves a good book.
