Looking to add some balance to your sunday? Join us on Sundays at 2:15 p.m. for an hour minute recovery yoga class taught by Lacie Dunn. This class is open to anyone and everyone, Nexus members and nonmembers alike. This class serves to help you unwind and get prepared for the week ahead. Join us by purchasing a five class pack that can be used anytime of the course of two months.

WHAT IS RECOVERY YOGA?

Recovery Yoga is a form of yoga that uses stretching to help rehabilitate tired muscles, as well as help those who workout frequently to fight off injuries. This type of yoga in particular is designed to help you get ready for your next workout. It will increase your mobility and ease the soreness after a difficult day at the gym!
